My Name is René
I'm Swiss, 57 years old and the owner of SWAGATAM.
​
My right Hand Leonardo is
24 years old.
​
We are ready to do everything to enjoy an unvorgetible Time on your Hollydays!
In the year 1987 i've travelling for first time to this region in the South of the State of Bahia. So i start to love this beautyful Coaststrip.
​
At this time there was still no Airport and the Busstation was down in the City of Porto Seguro closed to the Ferryboatstation. On the famus "Broduay" in Arraial d'Ajuda still had cartrafic.
​
Nowhere asphaltet Roads. One rainy Day, ande there was no way to reach Arraial d'Ajuda, Trancoso,
Vale Verde or Caraiva!
​
CORUJÃO 1987
1995 i had the Condition with helpness of my parents to buy a 2700m2 Ground in Arraial d'Ajuda.
At this time the Street was calld Perimetral II and my Ground got the Number 260.
2001 the Streetname changed from Perimetral II to
Pedra da Lua what means Moonstone.

There was no access to the Ground! So first i had to clean it.
Whitout electricity and no wather we started slowley to bild my House.
​
During 25 Years, Step by Step i realised my Dream.
Today i have 5 Houses.
Tree of them are ready to rent for our Guests all over the World.

2017 i changed the name from "Pôr do Mangue" to
